Hours, Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

I generally schedule appointments Monday through Friday. I will consider a weekend appointment if it fits in my schedule.

 
If you are a first-time client I will ask quite a few questions before scheduling. I may also request a referral from another massage therapist or health care provider. This is to assure that my services will meet your expectations and that your are prepared for an in-home massage.

Please read the cancellation/rescheduling policy below thoroughly before scheduling your appointment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.Cancellations made 12 to 24 hours prior to your appointment will be charged 50% the cost of your appointment.If you give less than 12 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Late Start Time
If you cause you appointment to begin later than scheduled, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the therapist's schedule. Depending upon how late you are, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
